Payroll and Compensation Specialist

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding our Human Resources Team and seeking a talented Payroll and Compensation Specialist for a newly created position. This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of three days per week.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulations
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits
• Analyze compensation data prepare reports and integrate data for strategic decision-making
• Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs
• Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysis
• Strong numerical and accounting skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is $90000 to $ actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including (without limitation) the applicants qualifications relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held.
