Position Summary:
Sybridge Technologies is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage multi-state U.S. payroll processing and employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP and a strong background supporting payroll within a
manufacturing environment. This role will ensure payroll accuracy regulatory compliance benefits administration and employee support while serving as a key resource for payroll
and benefits operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:
Process weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
Review payroll data including new hires terminations salary changes bonuses commissions and deductions.
Audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll changes and reporting.
Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports.

Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefit programs including medical dental vision life insurance disability and retirement plans.
Manage employee enrollments life-event changes and annual open enrollment activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
Coordinate with benefit brokers and vendors to resolve employee issues.
Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage employee leaves including FMLA STD and LTD.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human resources Accounting or related field.
5 years of payroll and benefits administration experience
MUST have hands-on experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll.
MUST have experience supporting payroll in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with payroll systems ADP is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations taxes and benefits administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
