Job Summary
Position: PayPlus Finastra BA/QA professional
Location: Jacksonville FL / Lewisville TX
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Required Experience:
- 5 8 years of hands-on experience working specifically with PayPlus Finastra
- Strong experience working in both Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Analyst (QA) roles
- Excellent knowledge of Payments domain
- Good understanding of ACH and Wire Transfer processes
- Experience in requirement gathering analysis testing and validation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and technology teams for PayPlus Finastra implementations and enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Prepare and execute test cases validate payment workflows and support UAT
- Ensure smooth processing of ACH and Wire payment functionalities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and delivery support
Preferred Skills:
- Banking or financial services domain experience
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
