Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Payne Alice Chevrolet GMC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers assessing their service needs scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service throughout the service process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in an automotive service setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
