Job Summary:
We are seeking a Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician to join our team at Payne Alice Chevrolet Buick GMC. The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect diagnose and repair used vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards before being put up for sale.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid drivers license for at least 3 consecutive years and a clean driving record.
- Certification from a technical school or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect used vehicles to identify any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles as needed.
- Complete reconditioning tasks such as brake pad replacement fluid checks and tire rotations.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide input on vehicle condition and repair estimates.
