As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Strategic Execution team within Payments Business Transformation you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will lead and manage transformative projects aimed at optimizing Payments products processes and systems. Work with cross-function teams build key relationships and enable the productprocess and/or system to continuously deliver value. You will problem solve create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. The projectsyou will be engaged inare strategically important to the Payments organization and may be across Product Sales Onboarding & Implementations.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies including intake requirements gathering dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while escalating opportunities.
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Participatesinarangeofstrategic andtacticalinitiativesthatsupportimproved clientexperienceandbusiness execution.
- Supports global business development opportunitiessuchasnew markets newproductrollout newdeals issue resolution cross functionalproductivity.
- Improvestheclientexperiencebydesigningsolutions tomeetclientneeds( cross business client service issues are addressed and resolved in a timelymanner).
- Executesquantitativeanalysestoidentitykeythemesandinsightsincluding abilitytosource relevant datasets determine critical components and build appropriate models /outputs.
- Develops executive level presentations to convey keypoints.
- Project Manage large-scale initiatives to drive product delivery tools/systems delivery and implementation of controls related processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Payments organization.
- Synthesize impactful findings develop recommendations and help present recommendations to senior management.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Data analytics and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experienceinwholesalebanking withunderstandingoftheTS/wholesale paymentsbusiness and products
- Bachelors degree
