Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post all insurance and patient payments by line item
- Understanding the contract reimbursement rates that exist between ApexNetwork Physical Therapy and the insurance companies
- Ability to read and interpret an insurance explanation of benefits
- Basic understanding of facility secretarys role
- Ensure all payments are posted timely with a goal of zero errors
- Responsible for balancing daily deposits between practice management software and bank account(s)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remainorganized under deadlines
- Strong data entry skills
- Passion and dedication to personal growth and the growth of Apex
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
