• Patient Transport Dispatch MTC Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Coordinating and dispatching patient transport requests operating transport software and communication systems monitoring transporter locations and turnaround times communicating updates and delays to units maintaining continuous contact with transport staff to support efficient workflow tracking attendance and coverage overseeing patient flow within the department and assisting with patient or item transport when needed.
  

Position: Patient Transport Dispatch MTC
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM (Monday through Friday)

Experience: Experience in dealing with customers and call taking preferred

Education: HS Diploma or GED required

Licensures/Certifications: BLS preferred
