Location: Augusta GA
We are seeking a hands-on Patient Services Manager to lead our patient dining team in an acute care hospital setting in Augusta GA.
This is a great opportunity for a foodservice leader who enjoys developing teams improving the patient experience and ensuring every meal is delivered safely accurately and with care.
- Lead daily patient foodservice operations and ensure meals meet dietary orders medical direction and patient preferences
- Hire train coach and develop patient services team members
- Ensure special and modified diets are prepared and delivered accurately
- Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and help the team achieve service goals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA food safety regulatory and accreditation standards
- Partner with clinical and hospital leadership on quality improvement programs
- Participate in departmental meetings patient rounding and facility-wide initiatives
- Monitor service standards staffing workflow and overall team performance
- Associate degree with at least one year of related foodservice experience or a bachelors degree in foodservice management hospitality nutrition or a related field
- At least one year of foodservice management experience preferred
- Acute care or healthcare foodservice experience strongly preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office electronic medical records and diet office systems
