Job Title: Patient Service Technician / Phlebotomist (Travel)

Pay Rate:From $1400 per week
Shift: Day Shift

We are seeking a Patient Service Technician / Phlebotomist for a travel-based role focused on blood collection specimen handling patient interaction and data entry. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all laboratory-related processes.

• Perform phlebotomy procedures including venipuncture finger sticks and heel sticks
• Collect and handle specimens such as blood samples and throat swabs
• Provide instructions to patients for home sample collection
• Process specimens (centrifugation preparation and labeling) per established guidelines
• Accurately enter patient demographics and lab orders into Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Deliver professional and courteous service to patients healthcare staff and physicians
• Travel to multiple sites including patient homes nursing facilities and laboratory locations
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards
• Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience in phlebotomy including venipuncture
• Valid Drivers License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency

• Phlebotomy certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Experience working across multiple locations

• No phlebotomy or blood draw experience
• No patient interaction experience
• No valid drivers license
