Sentara Princess Anne Hospital is hiring a Patient Services Representative in the Emergency Room.

This is a Full-Time position for Night Shift

Overview

The Patient Services Representative is accountable for the overall satisfaction of their patients ensuring that every aspect of the care plan proceeds smoothly. Responsible for guiding patients through the course of their medical treatment and serve as a patients primary contact with their healthcare provider offering informational and emotional support to create a positive experience.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

1 year customer service
Excellent communication skills
Medical Terminology
Healthcare experience (preferred)
