Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representativeto join our team!
To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor great attitude and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families collecting co-paysobtainingand completing insurance information answering phone calls schedulingappointments.If youhave the ability tomultitask work well with others as part of a team and can maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment we want you on our team!
Location:Ridgefield ( 5515 Pioneer St Ridgefield WA 98642 )
Schedule:Monday - Friday 4:00PM to 8:00PM
Hiring range starts at $18.00/hour and goes up based on evaluation of experience. *$3 Differential Pay after 5:30PM
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
Experience with Epic preferred.
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
Strong computerkeyboardingskills.

Pay Range:
