Schedule:Full-Time MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients; verify identity and manage checkin/checkout
Answer phones and perform clerical tasks including Epic charting scanning faxing and document handling
Schedule appointments procedures and testing; provide timely estimates and Good Faith Estimates
Monitor provider schedules communicate delays and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
Maintain accurate registration EHRs and assigned work queues
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate as needed
Manage daily cash drawer accounts receivable tasks and payment plans
Support EPIC updates departmental initiatives and clinic communications
Maintain a safe clean reception area and adhere to safety privacy and infection control policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of medical terminology insurance and billing processes
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills including accurate data entry
Strong customer service skills with a patientfocused approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy policies
Adaptable professional and able to work well under pressure
Effective problemsolving and issue resolution skills
