Clinical Research Patient Recruiter
Chicago IL $23$25/hour
This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates aspiring healthcare professionals psychology or neuroscience majors pre-med students or individuals with strong customer-facing experience who are interested in gaining hands-on exposure to the clinical research field.
In this fast-paced role youll connect with potential study participants help guide them through the screening process and play a key role in supporting groundbreaking research studies.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants
- Pre-screen candidates for study eligibility
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with research staff
- Educate participants on study expectations and next steps
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation
- Provide a positive and professional participant experience
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone throughout the day
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service call center healthcare recruiting or administrative experience preferred
- Bachelors degree or coursework in Psychology Neuroscience Biology Healthcare Public Health or a related field preferred
- Passion for healthcare clinical research or behavioral health
