Patient Recruiter

Chicago IL $23$25/hour

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates aspiring healthcare professionals psychology or neuroscience majors pre-med students or individuals with strong customer-facing experience who are interested in gaining hands-on exposure to the clinical research field.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants
• Pre-screen candidates for study eligibility
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with research staff
• Educate participants on study expectations and next steps
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation
• Provide a positive and professional participant experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone throughout the day
• Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service call center healthcare recruiting or administrative experience preferred
• Bachelors degree or coursework in Psychology Neuroscience Biology Healthcare Public Health or a related field preferred
• Passion for healthcare clinical research or behavioral health
