The Patient Observer Nights will:

• Display a respectful empathetic and caring attitude toward patients and families
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Identify signs and symptoms or changes in behavior that require the immediate attention of the RN
• Collaborate with the RN pertinent aspects of care he/she is expected to perform

Requirements:

• Level of maturity to maintain confidentiality comport self professionally with sensitivity tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent observation skills.

Salary Range:17.00 - 22.95 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors including job-related work experience internal equity and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
