In this role youll be one of the first points of contact for patients making a meaningful impact by providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth registration experience. As a trusted ambassador of Deaconess youll help cultivate a nurturing environment built on courtesy respect empathy dignity and optimism.

What Youll Do:

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Collect payments in accordance with established procedures.
• Direct and escort patients to appropriate locations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations as well as hospital policies and procedures.
• Serve as an ambassador of Deaconess by fostering a positive patient-centered experience.

Education & Experience:

• Completion of High School or GED is required.
• Knowledge of the health care revenue cycle is preferred.
• Understanding insurance is a plus.
