When someone contacts Medi-Weightloss they have already started thinking about making an important change in their health. As our Patient Coordinator & Clinic Growth Lead you will help turn that interest into action.
You will guide prospective patients from their first question through scheduling and enrollment while also creating a welcoming organized experience for established patients. Because our Framingham clinic is growing you will have a meaningful opportunity to shape how we serve patients build relationships within the community and develop processes that support the clinics long-term success.
This role is ideal for someone who combines warmth and empathy with initiative organization and a talent for helping people feel confident about taking the next step.
Respond promptly to inquiries received by phone website referral or walk-in.
Learn what each prospective patient hopes to achieve and explain our programs in clear approachable language.
Answer common questions about program options cost insurance scheduling and the patient experience.
Help prospective patients feel comfortable scheduling their initial appointment.
Follow up thoughtfully with individuals who need additional time or information before making a decision.
Reconnect with previous inquiries and invite them to reconsider their health goals.
Track key performance measures including response time contact rate appointments booked show rate and patient enrollment.
Work toward clearly defined booking and enrollment goals.
Identify opportunities to improve follow-up scheduling and patient communication.
Assist with community outreach referral development and other clinic-growth initiatives.
Share ideas and observations that can help the clinic reach and serve more patients.
Provide a warm and professional experience from a patients first interaction through ongoing visits.
Manage phone calls scheduling check-in checkout and patient payments.
Listen carefully address concerns and help resolve issues before they become larger problems.
Treat every patient with compassion respect and discretion.
Help patients feel known supported and encouraged throughout their journey.
Develop and maintain efficient front-desk and patient follow-up processes.
Keep accurate records and ensure important tasks are completed consistently.
Recognize opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
Document processes and help train future team members as the clinic grows.
Collaborate with clinical staff and ownership to support a positive patient-focused environment.
Our patients often need appointments outside traditional business hours so some evening and weekend availability is required.
Current clinic hours are:
Wednesday: 12:00 p.m.7:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m.6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m.1:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.1:00 p.m.
As the clinic grows the schedule may evolve based on patient demand and business needs. The person in this role will have an opportunity to provide input as we determine which hours best serve our patients and support the clinics success.
Three or more years of experience in patient coordination treatment coordination consultative sales membership sales med spa dental fitness hospitality or another service-focused environment.
Experience working toward measurable goals such as appointments booked memberships sold enrollments completed or sales targets achieved.
Confidence communicating by phone and providing courteous consistent follow-up.
The initiative and organization to manage your day and prioritize responsibilities independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sound judgment when working with confidential patient information.
Dependability and the ability to work onsite including Saturday mornings.

Experience in a medical dental med spa wellness or weight-management practice.
Experience working in a new or rapidly growing business.
Familiarity with scheduling platforms customer relationship management systems electronic medical records or insurance intake.
A college degree is welcome but not required. We value relevant experience demonstrated results and the ability to connect with people.

This position pays $28$34 per hour depending on experience which is approximately $58000$71000 annually for a full-time schedule.
The role also includes performance-based bonus opportunities tied to appointments booked and patients enrolled.
