Patient Concierge

Lifekind Health is looking for a full-time Patient Concierge in our Victorville clinic to ensure a warm welcoming and healing environment for all clinic patients by delivering consistent high-quality front desk training and providing hands-on operational support. Promote excellence in patient experience through standardization of workflows staff development and front desk coverage across clinic locations.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Patient Experience & Engagement:

• Serve as the first point of contact delivering a warm professional and patient-centered experience
• Greet and check in patients efficiently while verifying demographic and insurance information
• Provideclear communication regarding wait times services and next steps in the visit
• Address patient questions concerns and requests in atimelyand empathetic manner
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front deskenvironment

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure accurate documentation in the system
• Coordinate patient flow between front desk clinical staff and providers
• Manage appointment scheduling rescheduling and cancellations across providers and clinics
• Optimize provider schedules to support patient access and clinic efficiency

Administrative&OperationalSupport:

• Perform check-in and check-out processes including copay collection outcomesandrequireddocumentation
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations when applicable
• Maintain accuratepatient records and ensure compliance with organizational policies
  

Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Communicate effectively with patientsregardingservices delays or follow-ups
• Escalate patient concerns or operational issues appropriately to leadership
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in medical office or healthcare environments preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification nice to have
• Knowledge of scheduling systems electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and office software preferred
