Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate skilled and dependable Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our growing team serving clients throughout Hudson New Port Richey Land O Lakes and Bayonet Point Florida.

As a Patient Care Technician you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily care needs while helping them maintain comfort dignity and quality of life. If you are passionate about providing hands-on care and making a meaningful impact we would love to hear from you.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship
• Help maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
• Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Support patients with meal assistance and other daily care needs
• Follow all safety protocols and care plans to ensure quality patient care

• Current Patient Care Technician (PCT) CNA or related healthcare certification preferred
• Previous patient care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate dependable and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
• Ability to pass a background screening
