Patient Care Team LeadGeneral Job Description & ResponsibilitiesThis is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include:Speaking with patients on the phone Scheduling appointments Greeting patients Patient check in and out A variety of front desk administrative duties Mentoring and training othersGuides team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performanceServing as a role modelExperience & SkillsExcellent customer service skills and personal presentation are critical to this role. Experience preferred but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn. Positive professional and personable.
