Sentara Waynesboro Internal Medicine and Primary Care is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in the Waynesboro VA area!
Hours:Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM dayshift.
Overview
As aPatient Care Representativewith Sentara you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site.
Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays scheduling of appointments and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
