Key Details:
- Pay: $20-$24 per hour depending on experience
- Benefits: Employer-covered medical dental and vision insurance; paid holidays; PTO; 401k with matching; metric bonus potential and more!
- Location: In-office at 9720 Sandifur Pkwy Pasco WA 99301
- Schedule: Monday-Friday schedule up to 40 hours per week with variable start and end times.
Schedule Details:
Monday-Wednesday: Shifts start as early as 7:30am
Thursday:Shifts start as early as5:00am
Friday:Shifts start as early as6:45am
End times vary based on start time but most shifts wrap up by 5:00pm.

Who You Are:
Youre a friendly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy front office setting. You love interacting with families helping children feel at ease and supporting your team to keep the day running smoothly. Youre a clear communicator a quick learner and someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient.
Other qualifications include:
Experience in dental and/or ortho front office roles
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with dental and/or insurance and billing processes
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and professional references check
What Youll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator youll be the first point of contact for patients and families helping create a smooth and welcoming experience from check in to check out.
A typical day will consist of:
Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
Verifying and updating insurance information
Reviewing and managing financial agreements and patient accounts
Posting charges and payments accurately
Assisting with treatment planning and recall coordination
Communicating with patients parents and insurance providers
Handle patient billing and accounts receivable including reviewing account balances discussing financial information with patients and processing payments and insurance accurately.
