Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for IWP patients building trusted relationships and supporting individuals who use our workers compensation pharmacy services. Reporting to the Manager of Patient Experience this role partners closely with both patients and pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless supportive experience.

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients through a combination of inbound and outbound calls
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries concerns and requests
- Resolve customer issues and complaints using effective communication and proactiveproblem-solvingskills
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction ensuring appropriatefollowâupwhen needed
- Accurately document patient interactions and account detailsin a timely manner
- Adhere to Quality Assurance standards to consistently meet performance expectations
- Functions asthe mainpatient contact for all claim-related communications and updates
- Stay current on policies procedures and industry or organizational changes and communicate updates confidently

- Ability to work a full-time schedule:
- Monday: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pmâ
- Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Friday: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm
- Rotating Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm once fully trained
- 3 years of customer service experience (account management call center hospitality or other client facing rolls)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
