Position Summary:Our busy orthopedics office in American Fork Utah is seeking a full-time patient care assistant. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications.

Essential Job Functions: Maintain good patient and staff relations while providing outstanding customer service. Prepare exam rooms and room patients. Manage clinic and surgery schedules for physician. Address patient needs post-surgery and transmit information from provider to patient. Timely respond to patient questions and refill requests. Assist with bracing and casting needs. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Calm organized and dependable personality. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. Ability to regularly bend reach lift pull and push. Excellent computer telephone and communication skills. Previous medical experience with phlebotomy training preferred. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus (not required).

Hours:Monday-Friday 8:00A to 5:00P
