FTE Status: 0.6FTE 24 hours/week
Work Schedule: 2-3 days /week 9:00am - 5:30pm every other weekend Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Responsible for the timely complete and accurate scheduling process of patients for discharge follow up appointment needs. Manages virtual calls and appropriately communicates information with patients physicians and/or staff.

High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance medical terminology and health care business preferred.

Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program computer/keyboarding skills medical terminology health insurance processing excellent customer service skills and decision-making skills preferred.
