Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 7pm

As aPatient Access Supervisor youll lead a high-impact team responsible for one of the most critical parts of the patients journeyregistration and access. This is a key leadership role where youll influence operations drive process improvements and ensure an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.

What YoullDo

This role blendsteam leadership operational oversight and strategyto improve both patient experience and revenue cycle performance.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop a team of:

    • Patient Access Supervisors

    • Administrative Coordinators

    • Patient Access Associates

  • Provide coaching performance feedback and development support

  • Foster a culture of accountability service and continuous improvement

Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee daily Patient Access operations across registration and admissions

  • Ensure efficient patient flow accurate data collection and proper bedutilization

  • Evaluate workflows and identifyopportunities to improve performance

Quality Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure adherence to federal state and hospital regulations

  • Oversee billing audit processes and accuracy of patient data

  • Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Drive process improvements across the health system

  • Implement best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Budget & Organizational Support

  • Manage and monitordepartmental budgets

  • Support HR-related activities including staffing and performance management

  • Represent Patient Access in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience working with patients in ahospital or healthcare setting

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams

Preferred

  • 3 years of leadership experiencein healthcare

  • Strong understanding ofPatient Access / Revenue Cycle operations

  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives

For this US-based position the base pay range is $46738.00 - $66107.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role level location job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
