Overview:

Part time Nights Double Weekends

As aPatient Access Repwith Sentara you will work in Patient Registration for the Emergency Department and/or various registration areas of the hospital. This positions primary duties include positively identifying the patient collecting demographic and insurance information and admitting the patients. This role allows you to work with both clinical and non-clinical staff. If you desire there are promotional opportunities such as Patient Access Rep II/III Team Leader and Team Coordinator. You will find that teamwork is exceptional with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Experience

• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Data Entry
• Associate or bachelors degree in Lieu of two years of experience
• Proficiency in Keyboarding

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.24 - $30.25 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs.
