Job Description:
- Experience assisting Patient Access leadership to promote effective and efficient department operations and achieve revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to front line staff
- Two years of patient access experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Advanced communication and computer skills. Proven history of sound decision making; problem solving; and analytical thinking.
- Complex appointment scheduling via the NICE computer based system requires use of EPIC and Teams.
- Experience as a scheduler needed. Schedules for 4 high volume high- risk preganancy clinics.
