Pay Rate : $57/hr on W2

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in immunohistochemistry (IHC) histology and tissue-based assay development to support drug discovery and preclinical research programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop optimize and validate IHC and CISH assays and antibody reagents.
  
• Perform and troubleshoot IHC/histology assays using human and animal tissues.
  
• Develop tissue-based endpoints to support drug discovery target identification and validation.
  
• Plan and independently execute experiments analyze results troubleshoot issues and provide scientific recommendations.
  
• Identify and implement improvements to IHC/histology workflows technologies and throughput.
  
• Collaborate with internal research teams CROs and external partners.
  
• Present scientific findings and recommendations to cross-functional and senior leadership teams.
  

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS with relevant experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with IHC histology tissue handling and assay/method development.
  
• Experience with antibody optimization/validation and assay troubleshooting.
  
• Demonstrated experience supporting drug discovery preclinical research or target validation.
  
• Strong organizational analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred

• Experience with CISH multiplex IHC oncology fibrosis inflammation or virology.
  
• Pharmaceutical biotechnology CRO or translational research experience.
