Job Description
Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
Conduct invention disclosure meetings with inventors and technical stakeholders
Prepare and respond to Office Actions before the USPTO
Partner with senior attorneys on patent strategy and portfolio development
Collaborate across offices and practice groups on complex IP matters
Qualifications
Active Utah bar license required
Active USPTO registration required
2 years of patent prosecution experience
Technical background in electrical engineering computer science or a related field
Strong legal writing analytical and client communication skills
Candidates from law firm in-house or solo practice backgrounds considered
