Job Description
Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
Work directly with inventors engineers scientists and business leaders to protect innovative technologies.
Analyze complex technical inventions in chemistry chemical engineering mechanical engineering and physics.
Draft high-quality patent applications with clear strategic claim coverage.
Respond to Office Actions and develop effective prosecution strategies.
Conduct patentability analyses and collaborate on intellectual property portfolio development.
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
Contribute to a collaborative team focused on technical excellence and client success.
Qualifications
Active Bar license in any U.S. state.
2 years of patent prosecution experience.
Technical background in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
Strong patent drafting and prosecution writing skills.
Excellent technical comprehension and analytical ability.
Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional quality.
Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus but not required.
