It is a chance to help define a new era of patent next 5 minutes could land you in our top 5% shortlist click Apply to start your application (a short simple step to put you in the running).Patent Agent AI/Software DomainROLE SNAPSHOT Pay: PAYPLACEHOLDERLocation/Schedule: Remote or On-site Full-TimePurpose: Lead end-to-end prosecution for high-volume AI and software patent filings within an AI-accelerated in-house patent RESPONSIBILITIES Review redline prosecute sign and file AI/software patent applications generated through the Patent Engine provisionals non-provisionals PCT applications and continuations through USPTO Patent to office actions involving 101 102/103 and 112 examiner interviews when strategically as the primary human reviewer for AI-drafted applications identifying weaknesses inconsistencies and prosecution directly with software and AI inventor teams to transform technical disclosures into prosecutable prosecution learnings and redline patterns back into the Patent Engine for recursive drafting rapid turnaround expectations for standard and priority -HAVE QUALIFICATIONS Active USPTO Patent Bar registration in good 4 years of patent prosecution experience 50 patent applications drafted prosecuted or substantively responded to in software AI/ML or computer-architecture in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or equivalent technical success drafting and prosecuting around Alice / 101 to independently sign and prosecute filings without attorney operating in AI-augmented drafting to work in a fast-moving in-house production QUALIFICATIONS Prior in-house IP experience with large-scale technology in high-volume patent-agent tracks at leading intellectual property -on experience using generative AI drafting tools in production prosecution with AI systems multi-agent architectures knowledge graphs or software platform WE OFFER Opportunity to help build a next-generation AI-powered patent -autonomy environment with direct ownership over prosecution to cutting-edge AI and software -moving in-house production environment focused entirely on execution and inventor engagement with AI and software engineering role is built for high-output patent professionals who thrive under ownership speed and independent accountability.
