What Youll Do

• Prepare bake and present signature pastries desserts breads and specialty confections.
• Maintain pastry stations equipment and ingredient organization.
• Follow recipes portioning presentation and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor product quality freshness and presentation throughout service.

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of pastry baking or culinary experience.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques baking methods and dessert preparation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
