We are seeking an experienced & knowledgeable Forklift Parts Specialist to support field teams and customers by managing parts orders inventory and invoicing.

• Assist with receiving and stocking orders
• Stage parts weekly to ensure field teams have necessary inventory
• Participate in inventory counts for branch and field vehicles
• Order procure and expedite parts for service teams and customers
• Research parts to create repair quotes
• Ship stock and customer orders to other locations
• Process vendor bills and post invoices using internal systems
• Process customer invoices

• 1 years experience in parts inventory or supply management preferred
• Comfortable using computer systems for ordering invoicing and tracking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and customers
• Self-motivated reliable and able to work independently
