Parts Specialist

As a GM Parts Specialist you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Parts Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the delivery of parts to wholesale customers and managing the cleanliness and organization of the parts warehouse.

• Receive and organize daily stock orders.
• Assign bin locations for new inventory.
• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and assist them with parts requests.
• Generate invoices for customers.
• Place part orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely procurement of parts.
• Deliver parts to wholesale customers as required.
• Support outside sales visits to both new and existing wholesale clients.
• Retrieve parts from other dealerships as necessary.
• Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
• Assist with warranty monthly and core returns.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles.
• Proficient in computer skills.

This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and rotating Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
