Were looking for a Parts & Shipping Coordinatorwho thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If youre organized enjoy staying on top of orders and like being the person who keeps everything flowing from the warehouse to the customer this is the job for to have International Shipping Experience or Certification.

What Youll Do

• Expedite aftermarket parts and repair orders from start to finish.
• Pick pull and stage parts for shipment.
• Process shipments and maintain inventory using Navision.
• Issue materials to production and confirm daily shipments.
• Monitor backorders and help ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and maintain shipping performance records.
• Follow export Hazmat/IATA ISO and all company safety procedures.

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Pays close attention to detail and stays organized.
• Works well in a busy warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Has experience with shipping inventory or material handling.
• Is comfortable using computer systems and tracking orders.
• Has international shipping experience or certification (a plus but not required).

What Youll Need

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing walking bending and moving throughout the workday.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to accuracy safety and meeting deadlines.
