Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC in Cuero Texas is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Director to lead our Fixed Operations team. This executive leadership position is responsible for the overall performance profitability customer satisfaction team development and operational excellence of both the Service and Parts Departments.

• Lead all Service and Parts Department operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit train coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Establish performance goals and accountability measures for department managers and staff.
• Oversee departmental budgeting forecasting and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements warranty policies and applicable regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers employees and manufacturer representatives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork professionalism safety and continuous improvement.

• Proven leadership experience in automotive fixed operations service management or parts operations.
• Knowledge with dealership financials productivity metrics and fixed operations profitability.
• Demonstrated success developing people and operational performance.
• Strong communication coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Factory certifications manufacturer training and/or dealership experience required.
