Parts & Service Coordinator / Office Support

Kirkplan Kitchen & Bath is looking for a motivated organized and customer-friendly team member to join our growing service department. This is a multi-role position that requires someone who can handle office coordination customer communication scheduling and customer service scheduling and setting up appointments.

This is not a management position an hourly position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering incoming customer service phone calls
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating trades
• Organizing materials and parts for service technicians
• Preparing and tracking punch list items
• Assisting with warehouse and cabinet-related organization
• Communicating with vendors technicians and customers professionally
• Helping keep service jobs organized from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Must be highly organized and able to multitask
• Experience in remodeling construction cabinetry or service coordination is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve daily issues
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
