Parts Runner

Position Simmary:

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Parts Runner / Laborer to support daily operations at a busy industrial facility in Lost Hills CA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently has a clean driving record and is comfortable performing a combination of delivery warehouse facility support and general labor duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience with delivery driving warehouse operations or maintenance support and be comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

• Pick up and deliver tools materials and parts from local and regional vendors.
• Assist maintenance and operations teams by delivering urgent parts and materials.
• Operate a tractor with attachments and a water truck.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vendor transactions.
• Restock office supplies breakrooms and restroom supplies throughout the facility.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Perform general site labor including assisting with irrigation systems aeration piping fencing signage compost operations and facility maintenance.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with vendors coworkers and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid California drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery driving warehouse maintenance support or general labor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication organization and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable punctual and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and physical.

• Warehouse or inventory experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or facility maintenance experience.
• Experience operating tractors water trucks or similar equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience supporting maintenance or operations teams.
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with vendors and suppliers.
