Youll help technicians customers service teams and warehouse operations get the right parts at the right time with the right urgency helping minimize downtime and keep entire operations productive.

What Youll Do
Parts & Customer Support
- Process parts inquiries orders quotes returns and customer requests
- Assist technicians and customers with identifying correct replacement parts and equipment solutions
- Research availability compatibility pricing and sourcing options
- Deliver responsive professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
- Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and service excellence
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Perform cycle counts audits and inventory reconciliations
- Receive stock pull organize and distribute parts inventory
- Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Assist with shipping receiving and logistics coordination
Operational & ERP Support
- Process purchase orders invoices vendor documentation and shipping records
- Utilize ERP inventory management and dealership systems to track parts and inventory activity
- Coordinate with service managers technicians vendors and operations teams
- Support aftermarket operations and equipment service workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 35 years of experience in parts support service or inventory operations within:
- Material handling
- Forklift
- Heavy equipment
- Agriculture
- Automotive industries
- Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulic and electrical equipment systems preferred
- Experience with ERP inventory management or parts systems
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Forklift experience is a plus
