We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our busy Volkswagen dealership. The ideal candidate is organized customer-focused and driven to maximize department profitability while delivering exceptional service to both retail and internal customers.

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and controls

• Manage ordering receiving stocking and returns

• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers

• Monitor department performance gross profit and expenses

• Train coach and supervise parts department staff

• Ensure compliance with Volkswagen standards and dealership policies

• Handle warranty parts and core returns efficiently

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

• Previous automotive parts management experience required

• Volkswagen or European automotive experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and dealership software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
