Joe Morgan Honda is seeking an experienced motivated and customer-focused Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to both customers and the service team.
As the Parts Manager you will oversee all aspects of parts operations inventory management profitability and team development while ensuring outstanding customer service and efficiency throughout the department.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and monitor stock to minimize obsolescence and shortages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely ordering receiving and distribution of parts.
- Work closely with the Service Department to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor departmental performance and profitability establishing goals and action plans as needed.
- Recruit train motivate and develop parts department staff.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Analyze reports and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail wholesale and internal customers.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a Background and Drug screen
- Have a valid and clean driving record
- Previous automotive parts management experience required.
- Honda experience preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control purchasing and parts operations.
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
