This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers food service customers and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry beef egg alternative protein salt oils starches sweeteners cocoa and chocolate.

Job Type: Full Time
Shift Available: 1st shift Monday to Friday
Compensation: $28.00/hr

Principal Accountabilities:


Supporting maintenance activities by managing an organized storeroom and verifying quantity and quality of equipment tools and parts

Receiving logging controlling and auditing inventory to ensure that equipment tools and parts are readily available
Pursuing continuous improvement of storeroom processes
Utilizing a computerized maintenance management system to support maintenance activities
Assembling and distributing job kits as directed
Interacting regularly with peers and management to promote a teamwork focused environment
Comprehending schematics blueprints and/or operation manuals
Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts aerial lifts scissor lift etc.
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling going up and downstairs and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
Ability to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice
A minimum of one year of inventory control experience
Basic computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Drivers License Class C

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating a forklift and/or similar equipment
High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP and inventory systems
Experience with maintenance job kitting
