Role Overview:
A&H is seeking aParts Fabricator for our Somerset PA location. The Parts Fabricator will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining a variety of fabrication machinery to layout cut bend and weld metal components according to technical specifications.
This role is shift work 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. No weekend work and some overtime with approval.

The hourly rate range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 depending on fitness and relevant experience.

A&H is seeking aParts Fabricator for our Somerset PA location. The Parts Fabricator will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining a variety of fabrication machinery to layout cut bend and weld metal components according to technical specifications.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various materials including steel stainless steel and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and fabrication sketches to plan layout and welding sequences.
- Inspect welds for structural integrity bead quality and adherence to dimensional specifications.
- Set up and safely operate a CNC Burn Table (Plasma/Oxy-Fuel) to cut raw metal plate.
- Program set up and operate a Press Brake to bend shape and form metal parts to precise angles.
- Utilize a Metal Shear and Iron Worker for cutting punching shearing and notching metal stock.
- Set up and operate industrial Band Saws to cut raw materials to exact lengths (preferred).
- Safely operate an Overhead Crane to move position and flip large heavy weldments and raw materials throughout the shop.
- Rig loads properly using chains straps and hooks in accordance with strict safety protocols.
- Operate a Forklift safely to load/unload materials feed production lines and organize warehouse inventory (preferred).
- 2 years of industrial metal fabrication or manufacturing experience.
- Current or prior Forklift certification.
- Valid drivers license required; Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for long periods and work comfortable in a manufacturing shop environment.
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding across steel stainless steel and aluminum.
- Hands-on experience operating a Press Brake Metal Shear Iron Worker and Burn Table.
- Certified or highly experienced in operating Overhead Cranes and proper rigging technique.
