Job Summary
Location: Flagstaff AZ (100% On-Site 5701 Railhead Avenue)
Pay Rate: $19.89 / hour
Position Type: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Parts Expeditor to support the Arizona Department of Transportation (AZDOT) within the Administrative Services Division (ASD) in Flagstaff. This role focuses on warehouse inventory management parts procurement and purchasing workflows to keep state fleet operations running smoothly.
Identify source and order specific automotive vehicle and heavy equipment parts.
Coordinate and execute purchasing activities in compliance with agency guidelines.
Manage track and organize warehouse inventory stock ensuring data accuracy for parts on hand.
Verify incoming shipments against packing slips invoices and manifests.
Maintain clean orderly inventory areas and follow standard warehouse safety protocols.
Required Skill: Proven knowledge of vehicle parts terminology and standard vehicle repairs.
Required Skill: Hands-on professional experience with purchasing and procurement workflows.
Required Skill: Prior experience managing inventories tracking stock levels and using inventory databases.
Screening: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening via HireRight prior to starting.
