Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys helping customers and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Previous experience is a plus but not required we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
• Assist customers and internal staff with parts inquiries and purchases
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate and source parts not currently in stock
• Process special-order requests for customers
• Provide updates and communicate with customers regarding parts status and availability
• Deliver friendly professional customer service at all times
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous automotive parts experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
