McGraw Ford is growing and were looking for an energetic customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Whether youre helping our technicians keep repair orders moving or assisting retail and wholesale customers youll play a critical role in delivering the world-class service experience were known for.

• Assist retail wholesale and internal service customers
• Accurately identify and source Ford OEM parts
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and service advisors
• Process orders invoices returns and warranties
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Help maintain an organized clean and efficient parts department
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day

• Automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience is a major plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
