Parts Counterperson

The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers while supporting our service department with timely and accurate parts fulfillment.

• Assist retail wholesale and internal service customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.

• Accurately process parts orders invoices returns and credits.

• Maintain an organized parts inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked and labeled.

• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfill repair orders efficiently.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries in a professional manner.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or special-order needs.

• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

• Keep the parts department clean organized and customer-focused.

• Follow all dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred; Toyota experience is a plus.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to identify automotive parts using electronic catalogs and dealership management systems.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
