Parts Counter Technician

Eric von Schledorn Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Technician to join our team in our brand-new state-of-the-art facility!

Position Overview:

As a Parts Counter Technician you will be the front-line expert helping both retail customers and service technicians quickly locate and order the right Ford parts. Youll play a key role in keeping our customers satisfied and our shop running efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

What Youll Do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and technicians with parts identification pricing and availability
• Process parts sales special orders and warranty claims accurately
• Use Fords parts catalog systems and inventory management tools
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive can-do attitude

What Were Looking For:

• Previous automotive parts experience (Ford experience preferred)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Valid drivers license and a reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift moderate weights and stay active throughout the shift
