Riverton Chevrolet is looking for a Parts Counter Associate to join our fixed operations team. This role is all about people greeting customers with a smile helping them find exactly what they need and making every interaction at the counter a great one. Youll also support our wholesale accounts so a customer-first mindset that carries over to business partners is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

• Greet and assist walk-in retail customers and internal technicians at the parts counter providing friendly knowledgeable and efficient service
• Look up parts using VIN and part number and source parts through GM systems and outside vendors when needed
• Bring that same customer-first approach to our wholesale accounts processing orders quoting pricing and ensuring accurate on-time fulfillment
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers both retail and wholesale to earn repeat business
• Pull stage and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Maintain accurate inventory records receiving stocking and cycle counts
• Collaborate closely with the service department technicians and fellow parts team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow up on backorders special orders and returns

• Excellent customer service skills friendly responsive and detail-oriented
• A strong positive team player who communicates well and pitches in wherever needed
• Open to candidates at any experience level; prior dealership parts counter or wholesale experience is a plus
• Experience with Dealertrack is a plus
• Comfortable using computer systems for parts lookup ordering and inventory
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced counter environment
• Reliable punctual and able to work a full-time schedule including rotating Saturdays
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
